BACKGROUND

Making use of twenty years of experience in servicing industrial and energy related companies, the Phil-Nippon Group launched Aura Integrators Corporation (AIC) in 2009, a service company that is anchored in providing after sales servicing and undertaking of value proposition activities.

Aura Integrators Corporation believes in engaging in service maintenance and materials procurement contracts that can lower maintenance and energy operating cost. These service contracts range from performance monitoring of power plants and corresponding accessories, low cost maintenance of exhaust gas boilers of dedicated power plants and undertaking stages of preventive maintenance that assure reliabile and unhampered operation.

While implementing these service obligations, AIC has accumulated its database with repository of information that postured an operating system that can rival other older companies engaged in same field.

These engineering solutions, which were derived from experiences obtained from austere environment, has evolved to business innovations such as reverse engineering, vendor managed inventory (or VMI as we call it) and rationalized preventive maintenance. The solutions are low cost and austere. The innovations however must provide operational savings which later can contribute to the company's profits.

Aura Integrators Corporation manages an organizational structure composed of experienced engineers from the industry and the academe who can conceptualize low cost solutions and implement fine tuned repairs.

AIC takes the effort to understand the needs of clients as a starting point and work the solution backwards. An example is the importance as a whole of vital parts such as cylinder pistons, turbochargers, heat exchangers and purification equipment for diesel power plants and burner, tubes and blowers for package type boilers. The simplified approach requires the engineer to monitor the performance and selected points of heat equipment using thermodynamic parameters in temperatures, pressure and flow. The cause and effect relationships are processed to arrive at recommendations which allow business owners to make the right decisions.

Managing resources is one of AIC's natural strengths. As part of the Phil-Nippon Group (which installed in turn key around 50 MW base load power plants) since 1993, the company has strong financial support from stakeholders and banking institutions.
